Hi. We are Brigid Kupfersmith and Mary Siems. As the Director of Operations for two real estate teams in Oklahoma City, we saw the need for community. What started as two friends getting together to mastermind over coffee has turned into a podcast and platform for others like us. This is a place for women (and men) to feel empowered, inspired, and motivated. A platform where you will find relevant resources, and entertaining content. We have transparent conversations about what it takes to uncover and utilize your value at the highest level.

Things to keep in mind when dealing with someone who has a mental health issue: - Learn to differentiate when the person you know is speaking and when their illness is speaking. - Protect yourself and give distance when necessary. - Always remember the good and stay cautious of the bad. - Do not throw their illness in their face and shame them. - Understand that you cannot control the actions of others. You can only control your own and you are not at fault for the actions of others.

However, many people have yet to uncover it. According to Simon Sinek (who you may know from his incredible Ted Talk on this subject) Your why is the reason you get up in the morning - the purpose, cause, or belief that inspires you to do what you do. Knowing your why as a business owner is extremely important because as Simon puts it, “people don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it.” 1.
